1.1 If the Company decides to close the Services or cease operations, the Company will use its best endeavours to notify Users at least 30 days in advance by email, platform announcement or other reasonable means.
1.2 The notification will include the reason for the closure, the date of closure, the rights of users and optional next steps.
2.1 Prior to the closure of the Services, Users have the right to export all their data on the Platform. The Company will provide easy methods and tools to help Users export their data.
2.2 The User's data export service will be available immediately after the shutdown notice is published and will last until at least 30 days after the service shutdown date.
3.1 If the User has unused subscriptions or prepayments at the time of service closure, the Company will refund the respective amounts on a pro-rata basis.
3.2 Refunds will be processed in accordance with the User's payment method, details of which will be stated in the shutdown notice.
4.1 The Company will endeavour to work with the backup service provider to ensure that the Subscriber is able to migrate seamlessly to an alternative service provider after the closure of the Service.
4.2 Users will be provided with detailed information about the backup service provider and migration steps in the closure notice.
5.1 The Company will provide a dedicated support channel to help the User with shutdown related matters after the shutdown notice is issued and up to the date of service shutdown.
5.2 Users may contact the support team via email, online customer service or telephone.
6.1 On the Service Closure Date, the Agreement between the Company and the User will automatically terminate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 The User may no longer access or use the Company's Platform and Services after the Service Closing Date.
7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages due to the closure of the Services, excluding damages caused by the Company's negligence or breach of this Agreement.
8.1 Any disputes arising from the closure of the Services shall be dealt with in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement.
